E-commerce giant, eBay, has partnered with Notable Live to bring fans closer to their favorite sports players, leagues, and teams through the use of NFTs. This partnership combines eBay’s collectible marketplace with Notable Live’s virtual events platform, providing a vehicle for sports fans to connect with players.

eBay Ventures, the company’s venture capital arm, had previously led Notable Live’s Series A funding round. The two companies are now putting into action a multi-year deal under which Notable Live will sell limited-edition NFTs and player merchandise on eBay. Currently, it remains unknown which blockchain Notable Live’s NFTs will be issued on

“Our partnerships focus on delivering transformational solutions that provide fans true access. These solutions are built upon authentic offerings that attach memories to memorabilia and experiences directly from the source themselves,” Notable Live’s CEO, Mike Antonucci, said in a statement,

eBay is slowly taking the NFT world

Emmitt Smith, an NFL Hall of Famer, and CEO Mike Antonucci founded Notable Live with the aim of providing fans with unforgettable experiences with their favorite players. The company started as a mobile app that gave fans access to memorable experiences with their favorite athletes and created memories that they would cherish forever.

The founders combined their expertise in sports and technology to launch the innovative platform. Today, Notable Live continues to be a leading platform for providing fans with access to exclusive experiences and merchandise related to their favorite sports players, leagues, and teams.

Dawn Block, Vice President of Collectibles at eBay, said that the partnership will give sports fans, collectors, and investors a new and meaningful way to interact with “living legends.”

This new partnership is eBay’s next step into the world of digital collectibles, and it’s all about giving fans unique experiences. Though it has been making slow moves into the NFT space, it acquired UK-based NFT marketplace KnownOrigin in June 2022 and launched its NFT collection “Genesis” despite declining market interest.
