AI Platform Mindverse Readies Global Beta Launch

Artificial intelligence (AI), just like blockchain technology, has gained a lot of traction recently. After all, both are at the forefront of shaping the next generation of innovation. AI creation platform, Mindverse, has emerged as one of the first projects linking these two technologies. To achieve this, it will launch its global closed beta in the coming weeks, with one of its core targeted industries being Web3.

Mindverse offers a set of tools that allow customers to create intelligent virtual beings that can aid businesses with sales and service delivery. Starting April 18 and April 21, through a series of webinars, these tools will be made available to a limited number of users initially to test out performance. Therefore, journalists, developers, creators, distributors, or enterprise users, can sign up at no cost to receive a license and explore the MindOS technology.

Mindverse is a generative AI firm based in Singapore. At its core, the platform aims to help users generate content, provide prompt and improved services, and convert leads into customers. Both new and existing Web3 projects can tap into the platform to design and deploy AI Geniuses that can save time and boost productivity.

Mindverse Allows Users to Train Intelligent Virtual Beings

MindOS technology allows users to train AI Geniuses or virtual beings by feeding them industry-specific knowledge that is supported by a customizable Large Language Model (LLM). This allows them to understand and generate human-like text in response to queries by users of a website or service.

These AI beings can also be deployed as NFT avatars in various Metaverses to aid with user queries and offer guidance in a particular virtual world. That said, the general use case for this technology is developing chatbots to streamline service delivery and customer support within a given platform.

As mentioned earlier, Mindverse isn’t limited to the Web3 industry alone. Other sectors set to benefit from its intelligent virtual beings include e-commerce and retail businesses, travel and hospitality, gaming, educational platforms, and so on.

Its closed beta launch comes after the platform signed a partnership deal to roll out customizable chatbots for a large e-commerce platform that deals with beauty and cosmetics. In addition to inking several deals with e-commerce SMEs.

Following the imminent launch, Fangbo Tao, Co-Founder and CEO of Mindverse, couldn’t hold back his excitement. In a press release, he notes, “We are thrilled to offer the Closed Beta version of MindOS to trusted developers, journalists, and partners. Our launch webinars will offer a deep dive on our core technology, an AMA with our founders, and a Closed Beta license for attendees to get comfortable with MindOS before our Open Beta. We welcome feedback from Closed Beta participants and look forward to learning how users creatively deploy MindOS to solve productivity bottlenecks, boost conversions, and reduce the drudgery of mundane tasks.”

Users Can Customize AI Beings to Their Liking

MindOS users will be able to customise the appearance, personality, knowledge domain, and app integration of their AI assistants before deploying them. Currently, the technology supports 30 languages and has more than 1,000 pre-designed AI beings boasting a 97% success rate with their deliveries.

Incredibly, users can train these AI Geniuses using unsorted data from product documents, onboarding manuals, or even full websites before rapidly onboarding them to deliver high quality responses that resonate with a given brand’s voice.

Kisson Lin, Co-Founder and COO of Mindverse, is equally upbeat about the upcoming launch. In a statement, she notes, “The core technology of MindOS is fine-tuned, controllable LLM that allows our users to balance the conversational fluency of an LLM with the need to provide true information and align with a brand’s voice. MindOS AI beings are more easily trained in industry-specific knowledge and firm-specific policies. We see our role in acting as a bridge between unwieldy LLMs and the very specific needs of particular industries like e-commerce, hospitality, customer service, automotive, gaming, education, and MICE. We see the Closed Beta as an opportunity to learn how target industry insiders can deploy generative AI to solve problems for SMEs and enterprises.”

Mindverse will kickstart its closed beta on April 18th, with the open Beta following a little later in May.
