Crypto analysis firm Arkham recently revealed that the former US President held $10 million worth of cryptocurrencies. One X user shared that the former President also holds Ripple’s XRP token. X user ‘Matze XRP‘ shared a screenshot of a crypto wallet named “TrumpProductions.” The user claims that the wallet belongs to the former US President. The wallet was activated on Sunday, May 26 with an initial balance of 33 XRP.

While the wallet may be called “TrumpProductions,” it is not proof that it is owned by Donald Trump. Moreover, Wallet names are chosen freely by users, and this particular wallet could belong to anyone.

Nonetheless, Trump has made headlines recently after he revealed that he would accept crypto as donations for his Presidential campaign. The campaign’s donation page read that we are “Ready to embrace new technologies that will Make America Great Again”. Moreover, Trump also declared himself as “crypto’s candidate” during an event at the Mar-a-Lago. Some of the assets accepted include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Stablecoin, Ripple’s XRP, Solana (SOL), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Shiba Inu (SHIB).

The presidential candidate stated, ‘If you can’t, I’ll make sure you can. Can we donate to the Trump campaign using crypto? I believe the answer is yes.

Additionally, Trump added, ‘If you like crypto in any form, and it comes in a lot of different forms, if you are in favor of crypto, you better vote for Trump.

Trump has been very vocal about his support for crypto users and investors. Furthermore, he accused Biden and Senator Elizabeth Warren of building an “anti-cryptocurrency army”. According to Arkham, Trump holds $7.3 million worth of TRUMP, which was given to him by the project’s creators. The remaining $2.7 million might be Ethereum (ETH) from his NFT (non-fungible token) collection.

Nonetheless, it is yet to be seen how much donations come in the form of crypto.
