Lamborghini and Animoca Brands Partner for Brand Engagement

Italian luxury sports car maker Automobili Lamborghini and Hong Kong-based game software company Animoca Brands, have recently announced a collaboration to enhance brand engagement in the automotive industry.

The partnership will leverage the strengths of both companies to create new experiences for Lamborghini’s fans and customers, combining traditional automotive design with digital technology.

The initiative involves Gravitaslabs, a creative design studio, and Motorverse, a digital ecosystem for vehicles and racing games developed by Animoca Brands.

Powering into the Digital Age

Founded in 1963 in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy, Automobili Lamborghini, known for models such as the Miura, Countach, and Aventador, remains a significant player in the automotive sector with over 2,400 people and 184 dealerships in 54 countries.

The current lineup includes the Huracán, Urus, and Revuelto, Lamborghini’s first hybrid model. The company is working towards a fully hybrid lineup by 2024 under its “Direzione Cor Tauri” program.

One of the key elements of this partnership is the potential integration of Lamborghini into Motorverse. Whilst the exact details of bringing Lamborghini vehicles into the platform are yet to be confirmed, the collaboration hints at exciting opportunities ahead, with significant developments expected soon.

Motorverse is a digital platform and community for automobile and motorcycle enthusiasts, offering digital vehicles and racing games developed by Animoca Labs. It also provides access to real-world events and loyalty programs in partnership with leading automotive brands and motorsport organizations.

On another hand, Gravitaslabs is a design and technology company that operates a platform for interactive marketing using blockchain technology, NFTs, and digital products.

The company collaborates with partners like Lightlink, Meta-Stadiums, and Rarible to serve businesses in automotive, entertainment, sports, and fashion sectors.
