Forming a strategic alliance with Metabora represents a significant milestone for Oasys within the Kakao Games ecosystem, as it seeks to enhance Metabora’s visibility by leveraging its connections in Japan and beyond. 

On top of supporting Web3 gaming companies, what also sets Oasys apart is being a preferred platform for traditional gaming giants transitioning into the blockchain realm. For instance, Ubisoft chose Oasys as the foundation for its inaugural blockchain game, ‘Champions Tactics: Grimoria Chronicles’, and even released a complimentary NFT collection tied to the game in December.

Similarly, Sega has joined forces with the Japanese studio Double Jump.Tokyo to bring some of its iconic intellectual properties into Web3 gaming through Oasys, starting with a title based on the ‘Battle of the Three Kingdoms’. 

Com2uS’s recent collaboration with Oasys — targeting Japan’s lucrative $55 million gamers — further underscores the growing interest in Oasys among traditional gaming companies. Following this partnership, Oasys’ native token, $OAS, impressively surged to over $0.14, as per CoinGecko.
