In the last few years, a lot of mainstream brands have gotten involved with NFTs and launched different collections. From Gucci to Tiffany & Co., the NFT craze has hit consumer brands hard.
But among the many brands that have taken the NFT plunge, Nike seems to be the one that has profited the most. This comes via data from Dune Analytics which shows that the apparel brand raked in over $182 million in NFT revenue since its first project launched.
Nike on Top
This figure puts it at the top of the list, beating out its closest competitor Adidas by over $100 million. Other brands that make appearances on the list include Tiffany & Co., Dolce and Gabbana, and Gucci. Despite the ongoing crypto winter, many of these brands have been able to secure high profits from their different NFT-focused projects.
On their part, one of the factors that contributed to this impressive NFT revenue was tapping directly into established NFT brands. An example of this would be Adidias launching a collaboration with the Bored Ape Yacht Club, the biggest NFT collection in the world, and Tiffany & Co., collaborating with CryptoPunks.
Clearly, this meeting of established brands and NFT heavyweights has been profitable thus far and given the figures we’ve seen from this table, we will likely see more of them moving forward.
